1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only considered:

If the project is delayed beyond agreed timelines solely due to our team

2. Non-Refundable Situations:

- Work has already been delivered as per the contract
- Project delays caused by client inaction or communication gaps
- Change in client’s business strategy or direction mid-project
3. Dispute Resolution: In case of disagreements, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication. If needed, we’re open to mediation by a neutral third party.
4. Quality Assurance: We ensure all deliverables undergo a thorough quality check. If clients find issues within 7 days of delivery, we provide free fixes as per the contract.
