2. Intellectual Property: Clients own the final deliverables upon full payment. Until then, all work remains the intellectual property of Skeymedia Inc.
3. Payment Terms: Invoices are due as per agreed milestones. Delays in payment may result in paused work or delayed delivery.
4. Revisions & Changes: Each project includes a limited number of revisions. Additional changes may incur extra charges, as specified in the agreement.
5. Confidentiality: We treat all client information and data as confidential and never disclose it without prior consent.
6. Limitation of Liability: Skeymedia Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for third-party tools and services used during development.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice. Outstanding payments for completed work remain due.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be addressed first through mutual discussion. If unresolved, both parties agree to submit to jurisdiction in Toronto, Canada.
